Playa del Confital in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. So much drama just within a stretch of a few miles! Giant waves in the ocean, heavily rolling clouds in the sky, martian terrain on the ground. I took some pictures but left a part of my soul there…
El Confital Beach in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is a spectacular location for a stroll to those who enjoy observing giant crashing waves in an otherworldly scenery, created by volcanic activity. I loved every moment of being there. So much so I had to go back for a second time to take some more pictures!
This series documents the experience of a continuous walk from Blackfriars Bridge to Millennium Bridge along the Thames. Being the first day of truly enjoyable weather in the year, crowds flock to Southbank for strolls and to take in views of the London skyline beneath blue skies and puffy clouds, while others sit with friends in riverside bars and cafés.
Shifting the focus from human presence and interaction to the wider scenery and back, the series reflects the almost tangible energy and buzz of the day — celebrating what it feels like to be alive in a city that can often seem cold, grey, and indifferent.
This portrait series captures visual artist and Doctor of Liberal Arts József Jancsikity over several years in Hungary, using natural light to reveal depth, presence, and creative identity. The collection highlights character, artistic expression, and a lifetime of creative exploration.
Familiar Faces is a personal portrait series exploring presence, expression, and human connection. The collection features family, friends, collaborators, and inspiring individuals in thoughtful, natural portraits that highlight character and personality.
What a fantastic day! I had previously stayed in Corralejo but booked a room in a village called Villaverde for one night so I could spend a day hiking in the inside of the island. My host, a lovely lady, turns out works in Corralejo, and offered to pick me a ride to Villaverde after her morning shift. So by noon I was ready to hit the dirt tracks of Fuerteventura with my camera, a bottle of water and some snacks. Some of the small bushes released a lovely scent in the scorching heat, and at times I haven't met a soul for an hour or two. When I got nearer the volcano Calderon Hondo, the scenery started to turn completely surreal with all the different rock formations and exposed geological layers. It felt like being on a different planet.
Balaton Nights is a visual storytelling series made in Balatonfenyves, Lake Balaton, exploring atmosphere, light, and human presence in a single evening. The work focuses on subtle narratives of environment and body of water, where reflection, shadow, and space interact with gestures, movement, and quiet observation. Rather than a travel snapshot, this series pursues sustained attention to place, time, and experience within lakeside life during summer.

An intimate series of “Mama,” my grandmother, capturing her warmth, presence, and character in everyday moments, but also contemplates the fragility of life and old age. These portraits focus on personality and connection through gentle, reflective imagery.
I spent a couple of days in the spa town of Hévíz, Hungary between Christmas and New Year’s, where a thermal spring feeds the largest swimmable thermal lake in the world. One morning I noticed from the window of my accommodation that a thick veil of fog is covering the valley and low hills across from me. I took some pictures, which you can see >here<, however, decided to get up earlier the next day to get some more shots, during sunrise. This is a selection from those.

This street photography series moves between observation and interaction. Some images are fully candid; others record the moment of acknowledgement or the brief exchange that follows.
Shot across various European cities, the work examines how individuals inhabit public space — through gesture, posture, and fleeting expression. The photographs function as small, self-contained narratives, grounded in everyday (mostly) urban life.
Portrait shots of Alan Hines, Founding Partner of multi award-winning creative agency Luminous, shot at his London office.
One Day in Folkestone is a visual story that unfolds through the rhythm and atmosphere of a single day in this English coastal town. The work moves through quiet streets, urban edges, and the transitional spaces between land and sea, observing gestures, light, and ordinary moments that collectively shape the sense of place. The series investigates how human presence and environment interact throughout a sunny day in summer.
On the last full day of my stay in Fuerteventura, I hired a mountain bike, to approach the somewhat isolated beach of Cofete. The uphills were trying but I really enjoyed the downhill bits, though had to be careful as there are no railings along the ‘road’ (mostly dirt tracks) and I’m not a particularly experienced mountain biker. First as I got there, I was slightly disappointed as the mountain ridges in the distance were hidden by mist but then this prevented me from taking the same photographs many have taken before me. I’ve tried to capture this place in the best light possible as in itself it is truly magical, however it really saddened me to see all sorts of small plastic washed ashore all over the beach (I have not included those photos here).
We've spent three days in New Forest National Park. Since checkin to our apartment was 3pm, we only did a relatively short walk in the woods afterwards so we get back to Brockenhurst where we were staying, before it gets dark. I didn't take any pictures on the first day at all, and the second day I only used my analog camera loaded with Kodak Portra 400 and with my 85mm lens on it, focusing on textures and details rather than the wider scenery (see here). It was only on the 3rd day I took my digital camera out and now I had my 40mm lens attached to it, a light and compact setup. These are shots from the 3rd dsy only. We walked from Brockenhurst to Blackwater Arboretum and the Tall Trees Trail, and then back to Brockenhurst. There was sunshine, rain and wind, and a lot of different types of woodland in between. The place was just so beautiful we didn't want to come back to London, and we've definitely left a piece of our hearts there!
Documentary photography created for Wing Tsun London, capturing training, events, and community activities organised by the martial arts school. The series includes images from regular classes, free women’s self-defence courses across London, the Youth Voice Conference at Writtle University in Chelmsford, and a training camp in Devon. The photographs focus on discipline, movement, and the culture of Wing Tsun in real-world settings.
Cofete Beach in Fuerteventura. No towns, villages or any human settlement for miles. No shops, cafes or facilities either. It is not even particularly easy to access, only through rough, serpentine dirt tracks. However, as pristine as it might look from a distance, by just looking at the sand at my feet, I felt uneasy and sad in a place that should have been one of the most beautiful ones I've ever visited. The ubiquitous pieces of plastic, the edges of which have been rounded by floating in the ocean for god knows how long and being repeatedly washed ashore, by now almost looking organic, create a strange aesthetic in these surroundings, that make one feel like walking through a post apocalyptic waste land at the edge of the world.

I got to El Cotillo a couple of hours before I could check in to my apartment and went for a walk. I was drawn by a strange sound caused by water from waves slamming up against the cliffs and then finding its way up the cracks between the rocks. As I looked around I spotted all these crabs walking around though some of them blended in with the background really well, being the same colour as their surroundings. There was this beautiful red one though that stood out which you can see in the fifth picture. At this time I had my wide angle lens so had to get really close, which these shy creatures didn’t seem to appreciate at all. I also got soaked by the splashing water while trying to get their pictures but in that heat it was even refreshing. Thank god for the weather sealing on my camera and lens though!
Photos of a long walk from El Cotillo to the lighthouse Faro del Tostón one morning during my visit to Fuerteventura. The way to the lighthouse led through white sand dunes with fossilised snail’s exoskeletons scattered all over the place to sun baked roads to dark volcanic rocks forming the shoreline.
